Sleeping Beuaty Ritual

hi!

Skin care and everything showers are a necessity, but the best part for me is winding down before bed. These three things complete my nighttime ritual and make it so easy and exciting to fall into a deep, solid sleep. I always wake up glowy, satisfied, and with no facial puffiness. I also have my own photos of these products on myPinterest under my “decor finds/inspo,” and “fashion finds/inspo” boards at [@mayessence_].

1. Mulberry Park Silk Pillowcases

This pillowcase changed my sleep. I got it because the brand is known for quality without being overpriced, and now I get why people talk so much about silk. It’s way gentler on sensitive skin and doesn’t trap bacteria or absorb product, so it won’t transfer bacteria back onto your face—and your serums actually stay where they’re supposed to. Since switching, I haven’t had to stress about breakouts or bedhead. My hair looks brushed when I wake up, and I can't remember the last time I had a breakout. Definitely one of those small upgrades that ends up being a long-term win.

👉 I got the 20 x 26 standard size, envelope closure, and color pink

2. Ultimate Ears Black Speaker

I used to only buy budget friendly speakers, so this one felt like a step up—but it earned its place fast. It’s waterproof, environmentally conscious, and built to last. What surprised me most is how loud and clear it is, even at outdoor hangouts or loud home functions since theres an outdoor boost mode. It is multipurpose because for nighttime purposes, I use it every night, low volume, playing my winding down playlist, and setting the tone. It's been 2 years with constant usages at hangouts and exposure to water in the shower and still no issues with sound or charging.

3. Cherry Pajama Set

I didn’t expect this set to be way softer and comfortable than some of the overpriced cotton ones I’ve tried. It’s super lightweight, breathable, and not just cute for the photo. It actually feels so good to sleep in. Another thing I noticed is that it doesn’t dig into the armpits—one of my biggest pet peeves, and it’s super breathable, so I never wake up feeling sweaty or uncomfortable. Color hasn’t faded even after multiple washes, and the cherry print stays bright.
Fit tip: I’m 5’5, 105 lbs — got a Small in Red Apricot. Waistband was a little tight at first, but I gently stretched it for a better fit.
